Mr. Stubits has over 21 years experience as a civil litigator in Philadelphia, Montgomery, Bucks and Delaware counties. He has successfully represented clients in hundreds of cases throughout all phases of litigation, including jury trials. His practice at GGM is currently focused on defense of products liability and environmental claims but includes defending claims involving premises liability and securities fraud.
Mr. Stubits had the privilege to work for several years as solicitor for Warrington Township, which included addressing issues of sovereign and governmental immunity. In addition, he has handled numerous contract disputes and family law matters. |
