After graduating law school, Ms. Tees clerked for the workers’ compensation judges in Philadelphia. She joined the Workers' Compensation Department at German, Gallagher & Murtagh in March, 2003 after five years with another defense firm in Philadelphia. Ms. Tees focuses her practice on the representation of self-insureds, insurance carriers, and third-party administrators in workers’ compensation matters. This includes the trial of workers’ compensation cases on behalf of employers and insurers in matters before workers’ compensation judges throughout the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, appeal boards and appellate courts.
Ms. Tees is currently a member of the Board of Governors of the Philadelphia Bar Association. |
