Mr. Corbin’s litigation skills have been honed in preparing and trying a wide variety of matters, including general negligence, motor vehicle, products liability, professional malpractice, insurance coverage and toxic tort cases. His practice includes significant experience in transportation litigation. He has represented trucking companies, both self-insured and through insurers, and serves as regional counsel for several national trucking companies, handling their defense in all cases in central and eastern Pennsylvania. His transportation practice includes the defense of cargo claims and the prosecution of insurance-related matters in the transportation and trucking fields. Mr. Corbin has also defended manufacturers, suppliers and installers of a wide variety of asbestos-containing products and was actively involved in the defense in the latex glove and childhood lead poisoning litigation. He is also actively involved in the emerging silica and benzene litigation. |
