Michael's substantial experience in defense litigation includes working as lead associate counsel defending a major public utility corporation in several multiple fatality personal injury cases, as well as, litigating multiple product and premises liability matters. He has participated in all aspects of civil litigation practice, including: investigating and analyzing claims, advising clients, arguing motions, taking and defending depositions, conducting settlement negotiations, attending case-management, settlement, and pre-trial conferences, conducting bench trials, jury trials and arbitrations. He effectively employs sophisticated legal arguments as well as a tenacious presentation of the facts of the case to get results for clients. Michael also regularly handles commercial litigation matters on behalf of corporate clients. He is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey. |
