Mr. D’Annunzio's practice involves representing corporations in product liability and commercial litigation matters. Mr. D’Annunzio represents corporations as plaintiffs or defendants in Commercial Litigation matters. Bill also represents collection, credit and background screening corporations in Fair Debt Collection Act (FDCPA), and Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) matters, as well as, providing compliance and employment law advice.
Prior to joining GGM, Bill practiced for nearly two years in the areas of transportation insurance defense and professional malpractice defense litigation. He has over 10 years of general business experience including working for Hughes Aircraft Space & Communications as well as General Electric Aerospace holding positions involving highly sensitive defense government communications work. During that time, his division earned awards for superior performance and team effort and he earned a peer recognition award. |
