Ms. Donahue has been a member of German Gallagher & Murtagh’s Casualty Practice Group since 2004. Prior to joining the firm, she practiced at a large defense firm based in Philadelphia. Carole focuses her defense practice in the areas of insurance litigation, premises liability, motor vehicle litigation and uninsured/underinsured motorist law. She has also defended various law enforcement agencies in civil rights matters. Ms. Donahue has been appointed as a defense arbitrator in various uninsured/underinsured cases and serves as an Arbitrator for the Philadelphia Court of Common Pleas on a regular basis.
Carole earned her Bachelor’s Degree from Temple University and her law degree from Widener University School of Law, graduating cum laude from Widener.
Ms. Donahue is a member of the Philadelphia Bar Association and the Lawyer’s Club of Philadelphia. She has been involved in pro bono work for the Superior Court of New Jersey, Family Division. |
