Before embarking on his legal career, Mr. Gremminger practiced as an engineer for seven years, holding positions as a design engineer, project manager, and ultimately as a supervisor of the Mechanical Design Branch of the Public Works Engineering Division at the Philadelphia Naval Shipyard. Mr. Gremminger’s responsibilities there included design for mechanical features of buildings and facilities such as heating, ventilation, air conditioning and pipeline distribution systems. He also reviewed and approved designs and specifications for similar systems prepared by outside consultants.
Since joining GGM more than twenty years ago, Mr. Gremminger has handled a wide variety of cases, including premises liability, motor vehicle, uninsured and underinsured motorist claims, and trucking accidents. He has also represented architects, engineers, owners and contractors in disputes involving alleged design and construction deficiencies, as well as on-the-job injuries. In addition, his technical background and engineering experience have assisted him in the representation of manufacturers and distributors in cases involving alleged product defects.
Mr. Gremminger’s litigation experience includes more than fifty jury trials and numerous mediation sessions. He has also represented clients in the American Arbitration Association forum. |
