Zachary J. Duffy joined German Gallagher & Murtagh as an Associate in 2013. Prior to that, he began with GG&M as a full-time Law Clerk in May 2012 and continued part-time throughout the 2012-13 law school year. Mr. Duffy contributes to several practice groups including Medical Malpractice, Casualty Litigation, Transportation & Trucking, Products Liability, among others.
Mr. Duffy earned his Juris Doctorate Degree from the Villanova University School of Law in 2013. During the fall of 2012, he was a member of Villanova’s Civil Justice Clinic. Additionally, in 2011, Mr. Duffy participated in an externship with Consumer Bankruptcy Assistance Project.
While at Villanova, Mr. Duffy served as a board member of the Pro Bono Society. As an extern, a certified legal intern, and a volunteer, he gained over 400 hours of legal experience by providing pro bono service during law school. As a result of his efforts, Mr. Duffy received the Dorothy Day Award for pro bono service.
Mr. Duffy earned his Bachelor’s Degree from Franklin & Marshall College in 2009, with a major in Government. During college, he participated in a community based learning course that assisted the Lancaster County Drug Court Program.
