COMMERCIAL LITIGATION PRACTICE
The Commercial litigation practice consists of the representation of clients, both corporate and private, in a wide range of litigation matters, including mass torts, product liability, antitrust, white collar crime, employment, and securities cases. The commercial litigator will handle all aspects of each litigation matter, including investigation of the case, preparation of all pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, communication with opposing counsel, arranging for fact and expert witnesses, appearances in court, the trial, settlement negotiations, post-trial activity and appeals.
