TRANSACTIONAL PRACTICE

The Transactional practice consists of the preparation, or review of, all documents necessary to complete the financing, acquisition, disposal, or leasing of all forms of property, both real and personal. The practice includes the preparation, or review of, notes, mortgages, surety and guaranty documents, compliance documents, as well as those documents necessary to establish authority and governmental standing for the transaction as well as compliance documents required by corporate by-laws and lenders. The practice does include negotiation of long and short term financing to the extent required.
