GGM represents insurance carriers and self-insured corporations in workers' compensation matters at all levels of administrative and appellate proceedings. The firm's attorneys will often visit the workplace to become familiar with the conditions and to conduct an investigation of witnesses and supervisors. Representatives of the employer and the insurance carrier are also encouraged to attend the actual hearings and depositions, if they so desire. Every effort is made to engage the appropriate expert witnesses at an early stage in the litigation so that hearings and depositions may be promptly completed without unnecessary continuances and delays.
