
Michael has extensive experience litigating personal injury, premises liability, and products liability matters.
Michael has an active practice defending companies and governments in employment matters relating to wrongful termination and discrimination claims throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Michael’s substantial experience in defense litigation includes working as lead counsel in major environmental contamination matters, including toxic tort personal injury claims, both mass tort and individual, defending property owners in construction/design claims, defending corporations and insurance companies in sophisticated products liability matters, and defending municipal liability claims.
Michael has tried and arbitrated numerous cases in the Pennsylvania Courts of Common Pleas, The New Jersey Superior Court, the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the U.S. District Court for the District of New Jersey. He has also successfully litigated in numerous mediation and alternative dispute resolution forums including the American Arbitration Association, the EEOC, and the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission. He has achieved defense verdicts in such diverse trials as: allegations of property damage during a construction project due to vibratory impacts of equipment, wrongful partnership dissolution, and racial and age discrimination. He practices throughout the states of New Jersey and Pennsylvania.
