Andre J. Webb

Andre J. Webb is an associate in the firm’s casualty litigation department, where he defends insured and self-insured entities in a variety of litigation matters. 

Prior to joining German, Gallagher & Murtagh, Andre was Trial Counsel for a large Insurance Company where he handled a wide variety of cases, including premises liability, product liability, dram shop/liquor liability cases and motor vehicle accidents, including UM/UIM claims. Andre has considerable jury trial experience in Philadelphia and surrounding counties. 

Andre’s professional activities extend beyond the courtroom as he is very active in the legal community. Andre serves as Vice Chair of the Executive Committee of the Young Lawyers Division (“YLD”) of the Philadelphia Bar Association, and is a member of the Executive Committee of the Philadelphia Association of Defense Counsel (“PADC”). He is also active with the Pennsylvania Bar Association where he serves in the House of Delegates.

  • Jury finding of no factual cause for plaintiff’s herniated disc diagnosed after motor vehicle accident despite neurotomy procedure. (Philadelphia County)
  • Jury finding of no factual cause for plaintiff diagnosed with bulging disc and radiculopathy after motor vehicle accident. (Philadelphia County)
  • Jury verdict in favor of defendant and against plaintiff in motor vehicle accident. (Philadelphia County)
  • Jury verdict in favor of defendant and against plaintiff who suffered herniated disc in motor vehicle accident. (Montgomery County)
  • Jury verdict in favor of defendant with finding that plaintiff did not breach the limited tort threshold. (Delaware County)
  • Net award of $0 to Plaintiff who suffered bulging disc in UIM claim. (Philadelphia County)
  • Granted non-suit after five day trial involving multiple parties that included dram shop claims. (Delaware County)
  • Binding arbitration decision in favor of homeowner and against individual who fell on the property and sustained significant knee injuries. (Philadelphia County)
  • Binding arbitration decision in favor of defendant with finding that plaintiff did not breach the limited tort threshold. (Philadelphia County)
  • Binding arbitration decision in favor of defendant homeowner in dog bite case. (Philadelphia County)
