Nikki A. Mosco is a Partner with German, Gallagher & Murtagh whose practice focuses on the defense of medical malpractice, professional liability, and premises liability matters throughout Pennsylvania and New Jersey.
For more than a decade, Nikki has dedicated her practice to defending physicians, physician assistants, hospitals, healthcare systems, medical practices, physical therapists, businesses, and insurers in complex litigation. She represents clients through every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigation and discovery through trial, post-trial motions, and appeal. Nikki develops practical, strategic defense plans tailored to the unique facts and objectives of each case while remaining focused on achieving the best possible outcome for her clients.
Nikki understands that every case involves more than the legal issues at hand. Litigation often affects a client’s professional reputation, livelihood, and peace of mind. She is committed to providing practical, strategic counsel tailored to each client’s goals while maintaining open communication throughout the litigation process. Nikki approaches every matter with thorough preparation, thoughtful analysis, and a focus on achieving the best possible outcome, whether through early resolution or trial.
Nikki joined German, Gallagher & Murtagh in 2017 after practicing at another Philadelphia-area defense firm where she also concentrated on medical malpractice litigation. Prior to entering private practice, she gained experience representing plaintiffs in personal injury matters, served as a Legal Intern with Widener University’s Veterans Law Clinic assisting disabled veterans with benefits claims, and completed a legal externship with the legal department of a large Philadelphia-area hospital and healthcare system. This diverse background provides Nikki with a well-rounded perspective that enhances her ability to evaluate claims, anticipate opposing strategies, and effectively advocate for her clients.
Nikki is an active participant in ALFA International, a premier global network of independent law firms. She currently serves as the ALFA International Future Leaders Practice Group Liaison for the Professional Liability Practice Group, where she collaborates with attorneys from across the United States and internationally on emerging legal issues, professional development, and best practices in professional liability defense.
