At the heart of our success is the concept of open and timely communication with our carriers and clients. We recognize that the way to achieve the best results is to ensure a “team approach” between our lawyers and the individuals handling the claim. In addition to providing ongoing litigation analysis, we encourage constant communications and interaction with the client as a means of securing their trust and achieving a comprehensive decision making process. In other words, our ultimate goal is to work with our clients to design the most successful and efficient litigation plan for each case.
Many of our clients have specific reporting and budgetary requirements. The firm maintains a system of internal checks and balances designed to ensure that all provisions relating to case handling, reporting, and billing are satisfied. We pride ourselves on assigning each case a dedicated team of individuals responsible for knowing the client’s guidelines and expectations and appropriately advancing the case forward. These capabilities are described in more detail throughout our website. We would be delighted to answer any specific questions that you may have about our practice, our fees, or any other matters that are not covered.
