Our attorneys possess the comprehensive knowledge and understanding of environmental laws and regulations, as well as decades of experience, to handle all types of environmental litigation issues, including cases involving all aspects of environmental toxic and mass torts, from representation of corporate clients seeking permits before regulatory authority to representation of defendants in Comprehensive Environmental Response, Compensation and Liability Act (CERCLA), Resource Conservation Recovery Act (RCRA), Clean Water Act (CWA), Clean Air Act (CAA), Toxic Substance Control Act (TSCA), and Storage Tank and Spill Prevention Act Compliance as well as litigation involving toxic and mass torts. This practice group has demonstrated a breadth of experience and knowledge in such areas as latex glove, lead paint, benzene, asbestos, hormone therapy, L-Tryptophan, Ephedrin, and many other environmental, chemical and pharmaceutical exposures.

The firm has acted as national coordinating counsel for an asbestos product manufacturer and was responsible for the coordination of defense of all cases nationwide for this particular company.

Some examples of the scope and depth of the firm’s experience in such litigation are its retention by several major chemical and national manufacturers in litigation alleging personal injuries resulting from product exposure, the firm’s retention by drug and chemical firms and contractors in claims alleging that design errors resulted in environmental contamination.
