Chad Goebel obtained a Binding Arbitration Award in favor of Emergency Physician where the plaintiff alleged a failure to order radiology studies to rule out whether there was any glass left in a wound after the plaintiff was treated for a laceration after putting his arm through a glass door. 5 years after the injury plaintiff had to undergo a procedure to remove a 5 cm shard of glass that may have been left behind.
