
Audrey Ziadat
Audrey is a civil litigation attorney at German, Gallagher and Murtagh whose practice focuses on the defense of self-insured corporations as well as insurance carriers and their insureds in casualty matters.
Audrey also brings significant prosecutorial experience, having served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Audrey handled a demanding caseload spanning misdemeanors through serious felony matters. She advised law enforcement on probable cause and warrant standards, argued bail appeals before the Court and mentored incoming staff on charging decisions and arraignment procedures. That prosecutorial background gives Audrey a well-rounded perspective on evidence and litigation strategy that informs her approach to civil defense.
Audrey’s background also includes real estate and landlord tenant matters. Audrey has also dedicated time to public service, where she served as a Court Appointed Attorney in Philadelphia representing indigent defendants and abused and neglected children in juvenile and dependency proceedings, provided volunteer representation in child custody and support matters through the Volunteers for the Indigent Program and advocated for vulnerable children in family court through the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Audrey received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. Nafissatou (Nafi) Dicko
As an associate at German, Gallagher & Murtagh, Nafissatou (Nafi) Dicko contributes to the firm’s casualty litigation, medical malpractice, and premises liability practice groups.
Before joining GGM, Nafi practiced in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, focusing on the representation of companies and businesses in various liability litigation, insurance defense, and related matters. Nafi also has experience in professional liability matters.

Ms. Mayes is a Partner with the firm in our Casualty Department.
Ms. Mayes is a dedicated and experienced civil litigator who has spent her career defending clients in a wide range of complex legal matters. She has handled hundreds of cases involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, property damage claims, and general liability issues—always with a focus on clear communication, strategic thinking, and practical results.
Before joining GG&M, Ms. Mayes worked at a large regional law firm, where she represented clients in property, casualty, and liability defense. She has also defended contractors and manufacturers in product liability and toxic tort litigation throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Washington, D.C. Ms. Mayes has represented healthcare professionals, physicians, and nursing homes in malpractice cases. She’s also defended insurance companies, national retailers, and transportation companies in a variety of personal injury, products liability, and construction-related claims in Louisiana state and federal courts.

Rebecca Prosper
Ms. Prosper is a Senior Associate with the firm’s Casualty and Transportation Department dedicated to providing clients with premier service and delivering excellent results.
Rebecca brings over a decade of litigation experience to GGM as a Senior Associate. Her experience in state and federal courts includes acting as the lead attorney in hundreds of litigated cases and responsibility for developing case strategy, conducting discovery and motions practice, participating in settlement negotiations, and trying numerous cases to verdict. Rebecca has also litigated many cases to final disposition before arbitration panels and, while serving as an arbitrator, has adjudicated cases in personal injury, premises liability, and motor vehicle accidents.
Rebecca completed her undergraduate studies at Penn State University before earning her law degree at Temple University Beasley School of Law. She is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania as well as the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.

Mrs. Campbell is an Associate with the firm in our Medical Malpractice Department.
Cameron focuses her practice on medical malpractice litigation, representing physicians and individual healthcare providers, healthcare groups, hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare entities and insurance carriers in all phases of litigation and alternative dispute resolution. She has substantial experience in complex professional negligence claims including class and representative actions. Cameron’s experience spans the courts of Pennsylvania, Delaware, New York and California. Coming from a family of medical providers, Cameron understands the gravity of facing a medical malpractice claim and employs an aggressive, practical and innovative approach to zealously defending her clients.
Prior to joining German Gallagher, Cameron was an associate at Pennsylvania law firm where she concentrated her practice on prosecuting breaches of fiduciary duty, corporate governance disputes, and mergers and acquisitions in class and representative litigation involving some of the world’s largest public corporations and has secured nine-figure recoveries for her clients. Her background on the plaintiff’s side of the bar brings a unique perspective to developing innovative litigation strategies for the defense of her clients.

Hugh Daulerio
Mr. Daulerio is an Associate with the firm in our Casualty Department.
Hugh Daulerio joined GGM in 2024 as an Associate and focuses his work in the defense of casualty, premises and trucking litigation. Hugh brings a unique perspective to his practice having worked for both plaintiff and defense firms in Philadelphia and has extensive experience in the field of personal injury litigation.
Hugh completed his bachelor’s degree at Rutgers University in 2011 where he graduated magna cum laude with a degree in Political Science. After completing his undergraduate degree, he continued to Rutgers University School of Law where he graduated in 2014. During his time in law school Hugh worked full time as a law clerk in a boutique personal injury law firm and was also selected as a staff editor of the Rutgers Journal of Law and Public Policy. Following law school, he practiced in the field of personal injury litigation and worked as a plaintiff’s attorney in a center city Philadelphia law firm for several years. During this time, Hugh gained valuable experience handling all aspects of civil litigation, from inception to verdict.

Evan R. Baker
Evan focuses her practice on the defense of medical professional liability matters.
Evan is an associate at German, Gallagher & Murtagh in the firm’s Medical Malpractice Defense group. Evan focuses her practice on the representation of liability cases involving medical professionals. She devotes her time entirely to the defense of physicians, physician assistants, physical therapists, medical practices, and other professionals in the medical field.
Prior to joining German, Gallagher & Murtagh, Evan worked as an associate at a boutique firm where she represented individuals in personal injury cases, specifically in vaccination injury claims. She has assisted with trials, prepared expert and lay witnesses for hearings, presented oral arguments in court, and has significant drafting experience, including briefs and motions.
Evan is a graduate of Penn State University where she received her B.A. in Sociology, magna cum laude, with a minor in French and Francophone Studies. Prior to joining German, Gallagher & Murtagh, Mike worked as an associate in a boutique medical malpractice/personal injury law firm defending medical personnel, facilities and hospital networks. He has been an advocate for both firm and pro-bono clients and has experience in all aspects of depositions, complex motion practice including motions, oppositions and oral arguments.

Audrey Melli-Mirza is an associate at German, Gallagher & Murtagh, where she defends physicians, healthcare facilities, and corporate clients in medical malpractice, products liability, nursing home and subacute facilities, casualty litigation, and premises liability matters throughout Pennsylvania state and federal courts. Audrey manages her caseload independently from intake through resolution and has successfully tried numerous cases to verdict. Her litigation strategy centers on developing a comprehensive command of the merits of a case early, allowing her to identify efficient defensive tactics that frequently lead to dispositive motion practice, favorable resolutions, or trial-ready outcomes.
Outside of her litigation practice, Audrey is active in bar leadership, serving as Treasurer of the Philadelphia Bar Association’s Young Lawyers Division Cabinet and as Chair of Communications for the South Asian Bar Association of Philadelphia. Gianna Silverman joined GGM in 2019 as an associate in the firm’s workers compensation department. At GGM, Gianna represents employers, insurance carriers, and third party administrators in a variety of workers’ compensation cases.
Gianna is a 2016 graduate of Widener University School of Law, where she was an Articles Editor of the Law Review and member of the Moot Court Honor Society.
