Audrey is a civil litigation attorney at German, Gallagher and Murtagh whose practice focuses on the defense of self-insured corporations as well as insurance carriers and their insureds in casualty matters.
Audrey also brings significant prosecutorial experience, having served as an Assistant District Attorney in the Philadelphia District Attorney’s Office. Audrey handled a demanding caseload spanning misdemeanors through serious felony matters. She advised law enforcement on probable cause and warrant standards, argued bail appeals before the Court and mentored incoming staff on charging decisions and arraignment procedures. That prosecutorial background gives Audrey a well-rounded perspective on evidence and litigation strategy that informs her approach to civil defense.
Audrey’s background also includes real estate and landlord tenant matters. Audrey has also dedicated time to public service, where she served as a Court Appointed Attorney in Philadelphia representing indigent defendants and abused and neglected children in juvenile and dependency proceedings, provided volunteer representation in child custody and support matters through the Volunteers for the Indigent Program and advocated for vulnerable children in family court through the Support Center for Child Advocates.
Audrey received her Juris Doctor from Thomas M. Cooley Law School and her LL.M. in Trial Advocacy from Temple University’s Beasley School of Law. She earned her undergraduate degree in Criminal Justice from the University of Delaware. Audrey is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania and New Jersey and before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
