Cassidy is a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on the defense of professional liability, product liability and catastrophic injury lawsuits along with the representation of both sides in complex commercial matters.

​Cassidy joined German, Gallagher & Murtagh as an associate in the firm’s professional and product liability and catastrophic injury team. She also works on both sides in complex commercial matters.

Prior to joining German, Gallagher & Murtagh, Cassidy worked at a Pennsylvania firm where she represented individuals in personal injury, toxic tort, nursing home abuse, and motor vehicle matters from inception to trial. She has assisted with trial, taken and defended lay and expert witness depositions, argued various motions in court and has significant drafting experience, including appellate briefs.

Cassidy earned her Juris Doctorate from The Pennsylvania State University, Penn State Law.  During her time at Penn State Law, Cassidy was a Blog Editor on the Journal of Law and International Affairs and an oralist on the Willem C. Vis International Arbitration Moot Court Team.

Cassidy is also a graduate and former student-athlete of Northern Illinois University where she received her B.S. in Marketing.

Cassidy is admitted to practice in Pennsylvania.
